The experience delivered just what I needed - self indulgence and relaxation. Superb treatments delivered expertly and professionally. I really enjoyed it. 48 hours later my skin - body and face - still looks and feels amazing. I will be returning for sure. Your advice on treatments has left me planning what to enjoy next. Thank you

We booked the spa delight package and when accessing the sauna we were interrupted by a fire alarm. No one knew what was going on and given mixed messages to continue and then disturbed again.
The changing room wasn’t clean and floor very wet.
The toilet was not clean.
Filled out pre treatment questionnaires specifically answering the question about which areas we want the therapist to focus on. Clearly this was not read and the therapist did not even work on my problem areas.

The hotel and grounds are lovely. Walking into the spa we are welcomed warmly and offered a soft drink which is a nice touch. The Voucher we had stated 'spa facilities for one hour before massage' which can be misleading as essentially this was a small sauna room for two in the changing room and you wouldn't spend more than 15 mins in there. No other facilities. Careful, only after I poured water on the coal I was told it is electric. Shower and floors were not clean. Massage was great
