Great massage. I wouldn't describe this as a spa though as no pool or jacuzzi. The sauna only fits 3 people comfortably.

Had 2 spa days booked. 1st day had body scrub, wrap and full body massage 2h treatment. mum had a wonderful therapist however mine was very sloppy & wasn’t bothered. I didn’t enjoy my treatment & let the reception know that I wasn’t happy& for tomorrows 1h treatment I didn’t want to have the same therapist. We agreed on having same therapist my mum had. My problem is that spa didn’t even care about poor service & I refuse to accept this is normal spa standard at 5 star hotel. Absolute let down

Hubby and I had the best experience when we arrived, and the receptionist made us feel welcome. Sabrina offered us complimentary refreshments and then explained the order of the day; it was good to know we could take our time and relax. The sauna was small but cosy, and plenty of flavoured water was on the tap to keep us hydrated. We both agreed the Full Body Swedish Massage was the best we'd had and would like to thank Analise and Preena personally. Good value, and we will visit again.
