I have been going for regular treatments for a few months now. The difference in my body and how I feel is noticeable. The therapist is so knowledgable and adapts the treatment each time as my body needs different things. Sometimes focus is more on legs other times it might be stomach etc. But that gives real comfort that my body is being treated and not just getting a generic massage which is what I have had in other places.

I found after a couple of sessions with MLD I am noticing changes in my body showing some improvements, with the skilled knowledge applied by Sabrina. Highly recommended if your thinking about tryimg it.

Beautiful atmosphere, went for friend birthday and had afternoon tea. Service was amazing all the staff very friendly. Had drinks flowing, Prosecco.definitely with going back!!!!!! We had Swedish massage
