Massage was for 40 minutes and I paid for 55 minutes.
The masseuse denied it saying it was 50 minutes and the extra 5 minutes was for drinking tea. I came for a massage not to drink tea. I have eat at home 🙄

I was very unhappy with my experience here. I paid in advance for a Swedish full-body massage, but when I arrived, I was told I could only choose one area because there wasn’t enough time for a full-body session. When I explained that I had specifically purchased a full-body massage, the staff insisted it was a “mistake” on their website and refused to honor what I paid for.

I had the microneedling facial for the first time. The therapist was very knowledgeable and lovely.
You need a couple sessions of microneedling before you can see results. Therefore can't comment yet on if I would recommend Microneedling.

This venue is not suitable for a spa day or a luxurious treatment. It is extremely small. The treatment rooms are small, inadeq and the relax area. Massage was terrible with the European lady. The staff were disorganised. The so called drinks were a shot sized glass and the water was from a jug that had been sitting there prior. The cleanliness left alot to be desired, looked dusty and grimy in alot of places. Not a spa experience or feel more like a standard salon. Only plus was the good sauna.
