The staff who done my massage Indie she was great however the manager and the booking service was terrible had a lot of trouble trying to get booked in the manager seemed to show attitude when mentioned the unprofessionalism when trying to book or get an apology for the 8 attempts I made.

This is a dry spa therefore do not expect the facilities of a typically spa break.

The room and environment was lovely, arrival drinks and after drinks also lovely, I went with my mum and she said her massage was lovely so I guess mine was so bad due to the therapist I had. She was very inconsistent with what she did either side of me, she often used one hand and paused and then carried on a lot like she was distracted and sounded like she was on her phone at times (which would account for the lack of concentration). Therefore massage wasn’t enjoyable for me.
