Having been to other spas, this one seemed slightly unprofessional. We were 5 minutes late, so it could explain not being offering anything on arrival/things feeling rushed. (I did call in advance to explain we were struggling to find the entrance).
However, the main flaws were that the masseuses phone went off quite loudly during the massages and no apology was given afterwards. And unfortunately, in general, the overall energy from the staff was neither warm nor welcoming.

an amazing experience. I will be returning as they offer lots of good treatments. staff are polite and welcoming. services are divine. I would recommend heavily the body exfoliation and massage bundle.

I booked a dual room for myself and my daughter - was disappointed as we booked exactly the same treatment however my daughters therapist did not seem very experienced and had to keep checking with the other therapist.
Felt that should have not paid the same price for both treatments. My daughter requested more of the treatment to be focussed on neck and shoulders, this was not done.
We were not offered choice Prosecco or mocktail as booked.
The therapists did not engage much with either of us.

Myself and my mom attended for a head, shoulder and neck massage. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. The member of staff and therapists were very kind and professional. Personally I can't wait to go again. The mango herbal tea was so delicious. Thank you ladies for such a memorable experience.
