I’ll start with the positives. The Massage and Facial was really good, loved it.
However, their advertising is misleading. On the offer it was made out as though they have spa facilities and a relaxation room and even during the email communication it was said we could use such facilities. But these facilities did not exist so not really sure which facilities they were happy for us to use. They should advertise and communicate properly going forward as there was no pool either!

My friend and I were shown to a double massage room but had not booked a couples massage and we were not advised prior to the treatments.
The bed rocked which was not at all relaxing as my face/forehead thumped against it every time it moved.
The massage and facial was heavy handed and rushed, most unrelaxing massage and facial I’ve ever had!
Advertised as spa facilities which was actually one spa facility (sauna) which was out of order during our stay.
I would not recommend.
