Went for a couples massage, it was awful no pressure, full body massage normally means the full body, feet, arms and hands were left out, better of going somewhere else that’s cheaper and does a better job!

I purchased a day spa package and paid online with no info in regards of the services included. Received an email confirming a 55min total body massage, though still no more details about the rest of the package. On the same day, just after the massage, I was told there was no rest of the package for the access to the spa: only the sauna would have been a possibility, but that day it was not available as under some maintenance that was never mentioned on the site at the moment of the purchase
