The therapist that done my massage was very professional and the whole experience was amazing , thanks for accomodating last minute single rooms too ! I've forgotten her name but it was a blonde young lady maybe named Lily?

The therapist I had. Patrice was absolutely fantastic. Attentive and went through the process and what exactly she was doing. I had to mixture of a massage and a facial. However, my friend had a facial and felt that things weren't actually explain to her whilst having her treatment.
The dual room was a great idea.
After the treatment we were offered either a glass of prosecco fruit tea or water which I did a nice touch. It was also nice to see quotes around the spa which were uplifting

It was too small, when a couple arrived I had to leave as there was no room.
I was disappointed there were no hairdryers facilities. I didn't shower because of that.
