Each treatment walk half an hour. No one was at the desk we had to wait outside for half an hour meaning the first whole appointment time wasted and we lost reservations afterwards because there was one massager who was also the receptionist.

Such a shame the facilities and customer care from staff members was so poor. The treatment itself was ok, but let down by poor customer service, facilities and cleanliness. We won’t be returning.

We went expecting a spa weekend. There are no spa facilities other than a tiny sauna (no pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc). The massages were OK but they refused to do a deep massage for my friend and they didn't really concentrate on the areas we had highlighted. The staff were friendly and polite. There was a very small relaxation area which was pleasant enough. The free drinks were a nice touch. It was clean except for some rubbish in the shower room. I wouldn't choose to go back here.
