Excellent location and good value for money and choices. Staff are really lovely and welcoming. Definitely will be back, and I have definitely recommended luenire spa to all my work colleagues who works for the nhs

Each treatment walk half an hour. No one was at the desk we had to wait outside for half an hour meaning the first whole appointment time wasted and we lost reservations afterwards because there was one massager who was also the receptionist.

Such a shame the facilities and customer care from staff members was so poor. The treatment itself was ok, but let down by poor customer service, facilities and cleanliness. We won’t be returning.
