My friend and I always celebrate our birthday month together, visiting as many different spa's as possible. We were both very pleased with the dual room massage and didn't want to leave. I asked for a firm massage and that's exactly what I received! I went for a facial the next day, and once again I was so happy with my treatment. We can't wait to go again! This spa is on our list to visit again (not many make it)!

Heaven! All of the staff are very friendly and professional, taking pride in their work. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job. My friend and I paid a visit during our birthday celebrations - we had the most relaxing massages. I also went for a facial the next day which really helped my problem areas. The location is very convenient and it's the reason I booked Park Regis for my stay (the spa is located within the hotel). If you get a chance, you must go! I can't wait to visit again!

The therapist clearly knew what she was doing, it felt a bit painful at times but the face massage had visible effects! I can feel much better, deffo will be back again regularly
