Venue was okay aesthetic wise, very small and awkward not enough room to actually relax. I Felt sauna session was consistently interrupted and cut short. I left a old, grubby dressing gown to put on which I was insulted by.

Relaxing session at the dual room. Everything was easy, comfortable, and smooth to navigate, both as a result of the staff and layout.

We arrived half an hour early but due to scheduling problems with other customers our treatment started late. The treatment itself was great. Afterwards we had access to the sauna however couldn’t use it as another person was in there so we were waiting for almost an hour. The lockers did not work properly and all have the same passcode i had no faith that my belongings would be safe. Overall whilst the treatment itself was really good, the service and facilities were poor I will not go back

The booking, arrival and treatment were wonderful. The spa is very small, and the relaxation area is tiny it’s more like a waiting area before the treatment. The changing room and sauna are also really tiny, just enough space for one or two people at the time. I suppose they schedule treatments to avoid crowding but still very small.
