Was overbooked and I was not seen on time as the technician took on walk-in appointments during my pre-booked appointment. Missed lots of hairs from one brow - my brows were not identical or remotely similar when finished, and was told to wait another 40minutes if I wanted any rectifications. Unfortunately, will not be coming back here.
