Everything was and is,(as I have been having my brows laminated since lock down was lifted), fantastic. However, one major point is that the talented beauty therapist that does my laminated brows is and deserves the credit is called RowZana.

I went in for eyebrow and lash tinting and eyebrow shaping. She was friendly and really knowledgeable. My new eyebrows looks great. Would definitely go here again.

I turned up for my prepaid appointment and no one was there, not only this but I haven’t received a call back about a refund, so currently am out about £40 I’m very disappointed.
