Quality of work is terrible. Had eyelash extensions and lots were glued onto my skin as well as my inner eye just below my lashline. There were 2-3 lashes glued to one eyelash extensions. Had them removed professionally somewhere else and lots of random glue were on eyelashes making them stick together. Also at the end of the treatment the lady just roughly rubbed my eyes with wet cotton buds without any warning or anything. Would never go back. I'd rather pay more elsewhere and get a decent quality of work.

I was welcomed with a big smile and felt at home the whole time. Very professional and hardworking service. If I ever go to Newcastle again, I will visit for sure! :)
