I booked a Fox Eye Full Set through Treatwell, but Nikol told me I normally get Russian, not mentioning the £15 price difference, I just went with Russian. When I asked for the price difference back, she said I couldn’t get my money back - poor customer service.
At my refill yesterday, booked for 1h 15m, she finished 25m early. The same stain on the treatment bed from two weeks ago shows poor hygiene.
Disappointed and won’t be returning.
