Carlo was helpful in assisting me and my indecisive ways. He took care and attention and washed my hair so gently and thoroughly that I almost fell asleeo from relaxation. I just wanted a little trim and some long layers, to get rid of split ends, which he executed perfectly. My hair is now in healthier condition and I feel like a barely lost any length.
