I’ve been carrying a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so booked a massage. I explained this to Iris and she tailored the massage to focus on the problem areas. She really got into the knots and spent time working through them. The tightness is vastly improved and it has alleviated daily headaches. Thank you Iris!
