Lovely express facial for my friend's birthday. Iris was lovely! Will be back
Classic Facials
Iris was lovely but the facial was underwhelming. In and out of the door in one hour so my facial wasn’t as listed. It also stated massages during the steam / treatment. I was left alone during the steam and it was angled on half my face so I had to tilt. The extraction was a 30 second token and I then had a short massage on each arm (v good) for only part of the mask soak. It was all “OK” but nothing felt luxury. Not even a water after but asked if I could leave a review quite quickly.

I’ve been carrying a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so booked a massage. I explained this to Iris and she tailored the massage to focus on the problem areas. She really got into the knots and spent time working through them. The tightness is vastly improved and it has alleviated daily headaches. Thank you Iris!
