As always a fantastic experience at Luka Day Spa. The covid protocol is being followed to maximum effect, temperature checking on entry, everyone wearing masks and a lovely bright pink sanitiser :)

Ibrahim was great. My hair is like brand new.
I’m naturally quite fair but we went very ash blonde and took some length off. My hair is quite thick so normally a full head of highlights is VERY time consuming but he was fast without compromising results! I’m really happy with the results - shiny healthy ashy hair!

Anel was an amazing stylist and knew exactly what to do with my hair (which was in a really bad state). Came out looking the nicest it’s ever looked. Will definitely go back

I am not sure this is a good venue to visit during COVID. Every single staff member I met along the way (5) had their masks either on their head or below their chin - in these tiny rooms without any windows or airing not a single member was actually wearing the protective masks.
The massage rooms are small without windows as well and it was really chilly in there and I was cold throughout.
The massage therapist was really good, but overall handling of COVID and relaxation factor was sadly low.
