I had a simple wash, cut and asked for long layers & a bit of shaping. This is the unhappiest I've ever been with a haircut. I have really thick ethnic curly hair that was down to my waist. I feel like they had no idea how to deal with curly hair and I wish they had said this. They thinned my hair without asking and the layers were way too short which for curly hair is problematic to have such differing lengths. My hair usually takes an hour to do and this took less than 30! Pretty venue though

Ladies' Haircuts
Stood up for most of the cut (which is a first). Was probes about my age. Was told I had thin hair and grey hair. Attempted to curl my hair (I’d i was asked I would have said my hair doesn’t hold curls). Hair was pulled strongly (not painfully but was concerned it might damage it). Was encouraged to have fringe cut down the middle (as I suspected this looked silly).
Nothing personal to hairdresser who was friendly enough but not quite the relaxing and respectful experience I’d hoped for.
