Nadine was very nice and professional, tailoring the massage to my needs. However, the atmosphere let down the whole experience. It was very noisy. You could hear the street noise, staff boiling the kettle next door, people talking and walking around in the salon upstairs. It made it quite hard to unwind.

The salon itself is beautiful, very well laid out and makes good use of the small space.
We were welcomed and asked if we wanted a drink which was a great start.
My problems are with the treatments. The conditioning treatment wasn't really anything too special apart from just your regular leave in conditioner mask, it wasn't very well explained but I suppose it did its job.
More disappointed with the haircut itself if I'm honest, there wasn't much difference in the shape, it just looked like a blow out and some product. She only spent 10 minutes cutting which is a lot considering the price you pay.
Can't speak for every treatment here, but my experience wasn't enough to bring me back.
