Carlo was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted, providing suggestions based on my hair type, face shape, etc. Before cutting he also confirmed the length of hair he was cutting to make sure he didn't cut off too much hair, which was much appreciated. Thank you Carlo, very happy with how my haircut turned out.
