Lula did an amazing job, as always! I love my new colour, and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. She is really committed to getting the best result, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything's just right.
Lula is so friendly and attentive, and always puts me at ease. Everyone at the salon is lovely and it's a great atmosphere. I was offered a drink three times in the couple of hours I was there and there were complimentary biscuits, which was a nice touch! 🙂
