Fab as always, I keep coming back to Lula as everything is great. Haircut is exactly what I wanted, Lula always listens and discusses with me what would work, hair feels lush and couldn't ask for a nicer stylist. Very approachable and accommodating

Booked a root bleach appointment, but she ended up applying bleach to the whole of my hair. 70% of my hair snapped off after washing off the bleach. She then continued to apply toner on my hair, and caused irritation immediately to my scalp. At the end, my hair is seriously damaged. Tried to come up with an agreement to fix this issue but she isn’t cooperating- being extremely rude, refused to compensate, and ignored all text messages, this case is now handled by my solicitor. Avoid this place.
Lula was very friendly and also straight to the point: I had a very quick but very relaxing cut and wash! She cut my hair beautifully and EXACTLY the way I wanted it, even tho I'm sure it wasn't an 'everyday' request. Very happy and will probably choose her again when I need my next haircut 😊😊😊
