This is my second time at Lulu and it’s the best gel/BIAB manicure I’ve had locally. They take the time to really tidy the nails and paint the polish perfectly!
Im also in and out within my lunch break which is perfect!

Lin was lovely, I just didn’t feel that the job was as good as the usual standard this time. Bottom edge of the nail wasn’t painted until I asked for it, and then she did one side but kind of forgot about the other. Nails have also chipped and broken within a week of the treatment which isn’t usual, definitely not usually from Lulu! Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

She was very sweet and professional. She made sure my nails were fully dry before I left the salon, helped me put on my coat and my nails turned out really nice
