Really poor service - I booked a shellac manicure with removal - the removal part took most of the appointment, my cuticles were not done and nails were not shaped properly. The lady who looked after me left randomly at some point for a good 5-minutes and then the shellac polish part, was extremely rushed and poorly done as they already had a few people waiting for their appointments but no technicians free. Overall a really disappointing experience. Would not return or recommend.
