Made me wait 15 minutes for my appointment with no apology or acknowledgment. The treatment itself was fine but she was very blunt when I asked for just BIAB and no gel colour on top. She asked me to pick colours with foil on my nails. She laughed when I said I had a bad experience of gel colour. It might possibly be just a cultural thing, but I just found the staff quite cold and blunt. Not exactly the nicest salon.

Waited 20 mins for my turn even though I’ve booked a time slot. Had to rush to my dinner reservation after. Looked like there were a few walk ins before me. Staff were nice though.

This is my favourite place to get shellac pedicure because it's close to my office. The atmosphere is very nice and I always get great treatments in a quick but very professional way. I don't like to spend 2h to get my nails done so if you are looking for quality but also efficiency, go to Lulu's Nails.
The technicians are not chatty at all though and I am the kind of person who loves to interact with people and have meaningful conversations. :)
