I had my appointment booked for 1:30pm but they have poor time management skills as they only started my nails at 2pm. I noticed the same problem with other customers coming in all had to wait at least 30min from their booked time slot.

Had to wait nearly half an hour after my appointment time without receiving an apology. “Spa” manicure didn’t include any soaking of nails in water (they were just cut dry) and I had to wait an extra long time for my nails to dry because they didn’t have heat / drying lamps available. The results are fine, but the process wasn’t ideal.
