Usually Lulu’s shellac manicures are 10/10. Unfortunately on my latest visit the salon was very busy and standards seem to have slipped a bit. I believe I booked my appointment with a specific person but after waiting I was switched 3 times between two different manicurists neither of whom really spoke to me to ask what I wanted and who seemed to repeat the cuticle work etc that had just been done by the first person. Sadly, the manicure left my cuticles bleeding which has taken days to heal. This is totally different to the usual service, which is usually excellent.
