Had to wait nearly half an hour after my appointment time without receiving an apology. “Spa” manicure didn’t include any soaking of nails in water (they were just cut dry) and I had to wait an extra long time for my nails to dry because they didn’t have heat / drying lamps available. The results are fine, but the process wasn’t ideal.

I go here all the time, all the staff are so nice and they really know their stuff. I only have to go back because my gel nails grow out, they last so well!
