They were just over 15 minutes late which was a bit annoying as I was on my lunch break - they blamed the booking system not leaving enough time for appointments. So I was a little stressed at the start of what should be a relaxing experience. However, I had a normal polish manicure and am very happy with the results - the technician took care and was gentle, and my nails look much better than when I walked in! The space was pleasant and the hygiene top notch. I'd try this salon again, maybe when I'm not in a rush...
