The entire shop was scruffy and grubby and service was mediocre, they barely speak to you just other colleagues in their language. My main gripe was Lin didn't finish the gel properly and picked & pushed back my cuticle far too much. I was not happy that she left a huge gap between the cuticle and the polish either which is not normal. Not worth the money at all, I assume the rating must be inflated too.
