This place was my go-to, & for Shellac was usually good (depending on technician) but this was my first time trying BIAB and it was not a good experience. The surface of some of my nails ended up quite lumpy and raised. I showed a fairly simple brown tortoiseshell design on my phone and received something entirely different (orange tone leopard print)… asked for gold stars on ring fingers, and they gave me silver. Nail art £15.. Very overpriced. I’ve found a new much better place for £30 less!
