The nail tech started the process of taking off the shellac that was already on my nails and I waited around for like 20mins before she came back and started my nails. When I expressed concern to one of the technicians she was quite rude. The whole process of actually doing my nails took max 20 mins and because it was so rushed the quality showed - uneven polish and poor filing. I had to get back to work so didn’t have the time to complain and get my nails fixed. They chipped within 4 days
