I've visited this studio 4 times now, and while there are definite upsides, there's also a noticeable area where they could enhance the client experience. It's really convenient that I can always get a last-minute spot, and the work they do is consistently good.However, I've found it to be one of the least personal studios I've experienced. It always feels rushed, there's very little small talk and almost no eye contact, sad when the human touch gets lost in the process.

Manicure looks good, but the technician kept talking over my friend and me with her colleague. I also paid for a full manicure and she did not give me a hand massage, which her colleagues usually do. I went to the bathroom and it was not very clean.
