Lulu is my favorite place ever to get my nails done. The staff is amazing—incredibly sweet and professional. My nails always turn out perfect and last for a very long time. The store is clean, and the environment is always nice. I love everything about this place and would like to thank each member of the staff for never disappointing!

This is the first time I've been a bit disappointed in my appointment. Annabella tried to use dirty cuticle clippers on my nails - I could literally see pieces of skin from another client on the clippers. I had to ask her to use sterile ones. This should be a given, not something clients should ask for. It made me wonder what other bad practices are going on that I haven't noticed.
