Louise is very experienced hair stylist and is really friendly and puts you at ease. She is great at asking what you want, offering suggestions if you want and does a fantastic job at cutting and colouring my hair.

I had a shocking experience with Lulu’s. Louise canceled my pre-paid appointment twice, offering no apology, and then the salon was closed when I arrived. When I requested a refund, she became aggressive, mocked me, swore, made false accusations, and harassed me with repeated calls. She even bizarrely claimed the salon didn’t exist. Her behaviour was abusive and erratic, leaving me feeling anxious and unsafe. I’ve raised a formal complaint with Treatwell and strongly advise avoiding this salon.
