Was only my second wax and Lulu was very caring and reassuring about the whole experience. She was very entertaining and was very conversational which helped speed along the process. She was also very thorough and once she had completed each part, asked me to check to see if she had missed any spots and would go over any area I asked for. Very caring and sweet and overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would 10/10 recommend!
