Perfect preparation for the Christmas season, sparkly red gel nails. Left a Happy lady as always :-)
Shocking. The lady had long fake nails scratching my hair and scalp. Didn't even apologise when she stabbed me in my ear with it. Burnt my hair and scalp whilst blow drying it. All the combs are full of someone else hair - disguisting. Washed half of my face makeup off whilst washing hair. Messy, careless, unprofessional. It's like they have no clue about dealing with hair.
