ok so to start with the good points - the receptionist was helpful in arranging the tint test and the venue is clean. I arrived early and no staff were on reception which was fine so I took a seat. When one did arrive she completly ignored me and began gossiping with another member of staff in the back. They arrived after 5minutes and I was then acknowledged but not offered a drink or anything. Staff then began gossiping again.My appointment started 10minutes after the booking tome and the therapist did not ask what colour tint i wanted or how I wanted my brows shaped. they do also npt offer threading on a Monday although I could book for this so I had waxing instead.my eyelashes were fine but my brows far too dark for my pale complexion and shaped far too harshly. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
