Excellent customer service. I got lost on the way to my appointment and when I called they were incredibly helpful, rearranged for another time and sent me directions.

The massage was ok, but we weren’t in the same room. The strokes were too gentle and when I asked for a bit more pressure the therapist tried to oblige but then she mentioned this wasn’t a deep tissue massage. The overall ambiance was ok but not great, I think you can find better value for money somewhere else.

I enjoyed a lot my treatment at Luminis. I had the half hour massage and half hour facial and would highly recommend it.
