I am a regular and it’s usually excellent. However my lip wax left me bleeding in one spot, with a burst capillary and burned. Plus not all the hair was removed.
I think hair removal requires bright light so therapist can see what she’s doing

Staff was very friendly and helpful but the quality of the manicure was not as good as the other spa (e.x. Dust bubbles, lighter edges).
