Lovely salon downstairs in the Virgin gym, really nice therapist, manicure could be a bit neater and minimal cuticle work.

This was my first visit and I arrived 5 minutes early to be able to sign any forms or anything else they may require. Upon arrival, I was informed that my treatment had in fact been scheduled to start 5 minutes before, but we were able to sort this out quickly and I still received a wonderful, 50 minute treatment as booked. Apparently, the times Treatwell send to their customers and the times that show up in Luminis' booking schedule don't match - this definitely needs sorting!
