The therapist was really lovely but the wax was a lot more painful than I am used to. After I also noticed some wax still stuck to me and some buds missed. They also tried to charge me again even though I paid upfront when booking!

I had a deep tissue massage with Holly. It was exceptional and the niggling tightness and knots in my back and shoulders were greatly eased. My pedicure was great too. Overall an excellent experience. I'll be back.

The best massage! Kirsty was just wonderful, a pleasure to be around and the massage was great. I went for the Swedish Massage which was a great balance of relaxation and tension relief - definitely recommend it, and the therapist! Was my first time to Luminis and already booked back in for another!
