Although the actual massage felt nice, the ambiance left a lot to be desired. My face was very uncomfortable on the table which meant I couldn’t properly relax and not once during the treatment did I get asked how everything was or if I was comfortable. I had booked in for an aromatherapy massage, however I only found out after booking it that I had to wear a face mask throughout so I could not actually smell anything from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. Completely pointless offering aromatherapy really. Overall not very impressed. It was booked as a treat for me to go and be pampered for an hour.. I may aswell have gone to a back clinic rather than a spa as there was nothing special or relaxing really about it. Very disappointed.
