Lovely clean venue. Relaxing facial and didn't stint on products used.
Felt wonderful afterwards.
Would recommend for a facial without any hesitation. I will used again soon.
Arrived at the venue and met by a lovely lady who offered us refreshments as we filled out our health forms. In the treatment room, the therapist had looked at the form and was asking me about my skin problems (acne) she asked what products I was currently using and told me that I shouldn't be washing my face every day and should be just cleansing and toning every day which I thought was a bit odd!
When it came to having the treatment the therapist was good - a light but relaxing massage. She then did a leg and foot massage and a facial and scalp massage to finish (which was the best bit!).
Once the treatment had finished she left me to get ready and make my own way downstairs. When I got down there she had written down the products that she had used on me and talked me through them - she was trying to sell the products but not in an overly pushy manner.
My Mum was also supposed to have the same treatment as me but did not get the leg or foot massage as I did. She also complained that there was not a hole for her to put her face in on the massage bed (which mine had). During the facial as well she felt a burning sensation on her forehead to which the therapist commented that she had a red patch! Overall I think my therapist was alot better and more thorough than hers.
Overall for me personally a good experience and would probably go back there.
I visit the Spa in Reigate as frenquently as I can - I had my first facial in 2008 and have been returning ever since - a total convert.
The staff are very knowledgable and friendly but we don't have to spend the whole hour chatting - they seem to know when to be quiet. This is really important for me.
I would 100% recommend this salon to my fellow community members!
