The staff member treating me was lovely, but unfortunately had off-putting body odour, which was a shame. The treatment itself was good, but there were just a few things that were not perfect. 10 mins into my massage the music speakers 'powered down' but rudely announced they were about to do so in such a loud voice it made us both jump! The facial was good, but I left with my mascara still on, so felt like I hadn't had a proper cleanse. The head massage was limited to the top of my head and felt more like someone just stroking and combing my hair than a therapeutic massage.
