He is fantastic at blow drying frizzy hair and got my hair silky and smooth it’s also lasted and looks lovely so far 4 days later. Very happy and definitely will be booking a weekly blow dry and ditching my straightening regime at home with GHDs

Waited 40 minutes and decided to leave as the stylist continued to work on other walk-ins despite me having made an appointment and come in on time and waited that long. The past few times I’ve booked a particular stylist I have been given someone else despite my specific request. Used to come a lot but sadly won’t be coming again due to poor customer service.
