I don’t recommend this salon at all!!
I booked a last minute mani/pedi and waxing there the day before I went on holiday. My appointment was at 10am but the shop stayed shut until 10.20, when the beautician came along to open the shop!
The treatment room is tiny and dingy and the mani/pedi facilities are extremely poor.
I firstly had a mani/pedi. It was very underwhelming and poor quality. I have never experienced having a portable, home-style foot spa in a shop before. There was also no manicure table, so I had to balance a bowl of warm water in my lap to soak my nails!
My main issue though is with the waxing. The lady who waxed me wasn’t skilled at waxing. She actually burnt both of my inner thighs with the hot wax. At the time my legs were red, but the next morning, I left to go on holiday and realised that I had two large, significant burn marks on my inner thighs.
The “beautician” appeared unsure and confused throughout the treatments. She didn’t know what a Brazilian wax was and I had to explain. There were also no beautician certificates displayed in the salon as you would usually expect.
I will never set foot in this place again and will make sure everyone I know avoids it too! I would give it zero stars if I could!

Lashes look good but firstly had to wait 20 mins to be seen and throughout the treatment, members of staff were coming in and out of the room the whole time. Nice modern salon but not sure I would go back.

Really friendly and super nice Salon. I was very happy with my hair cut and gloss, felt that my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and gave good advice.
