The treatment was chaotic - nothing was explanied to me by staff, the member of staff left the room several times without explanation and brought in another member of staff twice and spoke to each other without acknowledging I was there and pausing the treatment.
Even worse I enquired if I needed a patch test before it started and was told no. The treatment was painful at times which I brought up but was told was normal. The morning afterwards my eyes were extremely red and swollen, they were weeping and sore and most of the lashes had fallen out overnight.
I have spent my Easter bank holiday weekend in and out of the walk in clinic and avoiding exposure to the sun due to sensitivity.

It was my first visit here - the Salon was really nice and the service was great. I had a gel nail manicure and the technician did a brilliant job. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a treatment.

I visited this new establishment and I must say I'm very impressed. Found out it had only been open for a few months and I was looking for a new hairstyle. Great service being greeted by a lovely lady at reception where she offers customers a drink straight away. Quick service indeed.
Opted for a mens cut and wash package-decent consultation and the man cutting my hair knew what suited me and catered well.
Overall I'm impressed with my first visit to Luscious! Will be visiting again for my next haircut. Thank you.
