I hate to leave poor reviews on independent businesses but sadly my experience did not meet expectations. The salon was running late which meant the whole process once seen felt very rushed. The hairdresser didn’t assess my hair dry before getting her ?asisstant to wash it. Requests for my haircut were acknowledged then not performed (feathered ends etc) and the blow dry was frizzy as the brush was repeatedly pulled out of my hair. Sadly I left with hair feeling worse than when I went in.
