Twice I’ve seen Chi for a facial. Incredible value for money - hands down the best facial I’ve had in London. Her facial massage is unreal and her extractions are extremely thorough.

Sadly, Lush cancelled my appointment on the same day with less than 4hrs notice. I am still awaiting my refund. I will amend this review when it has been processed.

Chi is such a lovely lady. She did an amazing job and my skin looks so so so good it is glowing and keeps looking better each day! She really looked at my skin and told me the exact things I needed. She’s very attentive and knows her stuff and how to tailor it to each persons needs! Can’t wait to comeback and see my skin get even better as I do more treatments
