Such a great experience thanks to Rose. After I got the location of the appointment wrong she patiently waited for me, even staying open later for me. When I arrived she was so welcoming and friendly despite the inconvenience I caused and immediately put me at ease. Her waxing skills were amazing - the best I have ever experienced. She even managed to make it significantly less uncomfortable than waxes normally are! Will be back 100%, nothing will top her skill and customer service. Thank you!!
