I had booked with Shanice but she wasn’t available, the replacement stylist was lovely but obviously didn’t have confidence/experience in cutting natural curly hair and I left with a style that was nothing like the photo I showed, and she didn’t even trim the front of my head. As the style was short, I didn’t ask her to correct for fear I’d be unable to tie my hair back if too much was cut off. Even friends commented that it looked odd! Terrible value at £45 for 20 mins in the chair.

Overall, friendly and a good service. The main thing I wanted to do was rollersets but their dryer was not working.
