Ladies' Haircuts
I arrived at the salon 10 mins early to find the door locked. It wasn’t a problem as I was early. I thought they could be on their lunch break, so I went for a quick walk. When I returned 5 mins later, the door was open and 2 other customers were waiting, within 10 mins the only member of staff there had to leave. Leaving all 3 of us sitting there awaiting our stylists. Apparently they were on there way. I waited a further 20 mins, and as no one had turned up, I had to leave. That was 20 mins after my appointment time. Talking to the other 3 customers, I was told this had happened before. I won’t be going back there again.
